I am having trouble downloading the product I purchased, do you have any recommendations on resolving the issue?

Before attempting to re-download your file, please deactivate any download accelerator or download manager software temporarily.  Any program or utility that might attempt to download more than one thread at the same time can cause errors when downloading your product from eSellerate.

Then go to After-Purchase Services (or click the After-Purchase Services tab above) and log on using your email address and order number. Once logged in, click the here link under the Redownload section. This will pull up your original receipt, complete with a yellow and black DOWNLOAD NOW button. Click the button to begin the download process.

IMPORTANT:  Please click the DOWNLOAD NOW button only one time and do not double-click the button.  If you click the button more than once, you may encounter an error message.

The other recommendation is that you use a recent version of your browser when accessing the After Services page/downloading the file.
