I have exceeded my redownload limit and need to download again.

SUMMARY

If your order included a download hosted by eSellerate, there may be a limit to the number of times you can re-download the product.  Once you have reached that limit, if you try again to re-download from our After-Purchase Services site, you will receive an error message indicating that the limit has been reached.  In many cases, however, the download count can be reset at your request.

To determine who you should contact to request that your re-download count be reset, you just need to know whether or not your order included the optional eSellerate Download Service (eDS).

Orders with eDS

If you see an eDS logo or the term eDS after logging onto After-Purchase Services, as shown below, then your order included eDS.

 

In that case, you are limited to three re-downloads per day and ten re-downloads total.  However, eDS guarantees that you will be able to download the original product file for a period of at least one year, and the daily and lifetime counts can be reset by eSellerate Support.  If you need to request that either of the download counts be reset, please submit a ticket via the Support Portal at http://shopper.esellerate.net (Tip:  you may already be viewing this article on the portal).

Orders without eDS

If you did not purchase the optional eDS service at the time of your order, the After-Purchase Services page will show you a Re-download section without the eDS logo, as shown below.

In that case, eDS cannot be purchased after the fact.  Without eDS, the total number of re-downloads allowed may vary (though it is usually three), and the ability to re-download the original product file may become unavailable if the publisher of the product changes the product's download file or stops selling the product, etc.

If you would like to request that the re-download count be reset for your order, you should contact the publisher of the product for assistance.

If you are unsure of the developer's contact information or do not have your Order Confirmation email message to verify this information, please access our After-Purchase Services site (or click the After-Purchase Services tab above) and log on by entering your order number and the email address that was used to place the order.  Contact information for the developer will be accessible after logging on.
