eSellerate is an e-commerce provider for many different software developers and publishers. Companies contract with eSellerate to host their Web Stores and process their online transactions, but eSellerate is not the makers or marketers of the products. As such, eSellerate does not have product-specific knowledge or information, and cannot provide product-specific support.
You can find contact information for the publishers of your product by visiting our After-Purchase Services site . (You can also click the After-Purchase Services tab above.) To log onto the site, enter the email address that was used to place the order and your order number (it begins with "ST"). Once you have logged on, you can obtain publisher contact information, view and print the original receipt, change the e-mail address associated with the order, and much more.
If you do not know the order number, don't worry - the first page on the After-Purchase Services site includes a section called Finding your order number that lets you enter the e-mail address that was used to place the order. When you click the E-mail Order History button, and the system will automatically send a message with your complete order history (including order numbers) to that e-mail address. Just check your e-mail to obtain the order number, and then you will be able to log on to After-Purchase Services.
Another way to find publisher contact information is via the original purchase receipt or Order Confirmation e-mail message if you still have them.
