How do I get a copy of my receipt?

You can get a copy of your receipt by visiting our After-Purchase Services site (or by clicking the After-Purchase Services tab above).  An example image of the first page of the site is included below.

To log onto the site, enter the email address that was used to place the order and your order number (it begins with "ST").  Once you have logged on, you can obtain publisher contact information, view and print the original receipt, change the e-mail address associated with the order, and much more.

If you do not know the order number, don't worry - the first page on the After-Purchase Services site also includes a section called Finding your order number that lets you enter the e-mail address that was used to place the order.  When you click the E-mail Order History button, and the system will automatically send a message with your complete order history (including order numbers) to that e-mail address.  Just check your e-mail to obtain the order number, and then you will be able to log on to After-Purchase Services.

Once you have logged onto the site, just click the link labeled "click here" in the Receipt section of the next page, and your original receipt will appear.
