To look up order information such as a serial number from a previous order when your e-mail address has changed, first select the scenario below that matches your situation, and then follow the simple directions.
If you know your original order number / order ID
| 1. | Visit our After-Purchase Services site (or click the After-Purchase Services tab above) and log on using the old e-mail address and the order number. Even if you no longer have access to the old e-mail account, that is no problem. |
| 2. | After logging on at After-Purchase Services, you can click the click here link in the Receipt section to view and print the original online receipt. Any serial number information that was included in the original receipt will be displayed here. If the information you need (e.g., the serial number) was not included in the original receipt, you can use the e-mail address in the Product Support / Serial Numbers section to contact the publishers of the product for assistance. |
| 3. | You can also (optionally) update the e-mail address associated with your old older. Just enter your new address in the New E-mail field on the right-hand side of the page, and then click Update E-mail Address. Once you make this change, you will be able to use your current e-mail address to log onto After-Purchase Services in the future. |
If you do not know your original order number, but you still have access to the old e-mail address
| 1. | Visit our After-Purchase Services site (or click the After-Purchase Services tab above) and enter your old e-mail address in the E-mail field on the right-hand side of the page; then, click E-mail Order History to have the system automatically send you an e-mail message that lists all orders in the system matching the old e-mail address. The message will include the order ID for each order. |
| 2. | Once you have received the Order History e-mail message, return to After-Purchase Services and use the order ID shown in your Order History message, together with the old e-mail address, to log on. |
| 3. | After logging on at After-Purchase Services, you can click the click here link in the Receipt section to view and print the original online receipt. If you do not know your original order number and you no longer have access to the old e-mail address
Because it would not do any good to re-send the Order History message to an e-mail account you can no longer access, please continue using this troubleshooter and/or submit a ticket to eSellerate Support containing your old e-mail address that was used for the order. If we can locate our record of your order, we can update it to use your current e-mail address and then re-send your original Order Confirmation e-mail message to you.
