My e-mail address has changed. How do I retrieve my order information / serial number?

If your e-mail address has changed and you need to update your eSellerate order records or retrieve your serial number, you can use the After-Purchase Services site to update that information directly, at any time 24/7/365.

You can use the following simple processes to update an eSellerate order record with your new e-mail address, or to view the original receipt complete with any serial number or registration code that was provided at the time of your order.

To Change Your E-mail Address

1.  Visit After-Purchase Services at http://store.esellerate.net/support.
2.  Near the top right-hand side of the page, enter the e-mail address you used for the original order, and your order number.  Don't know your order number?

Enter your e-mail address and order number.

3.  On the right-hand side of the next page, enter your new e-mail address in the New E-mail field, and then click Update E-mail Address.


That's all it takes!  You can now log on using your new e-mail address for all future log-ons (e.g., to retrieve a serial number).

Note:  If your order was for a subscription with recurring billings and you want future subscription-related e-mail messages to go to your new address, you should also use the link labeled Click here to update your subscription billing information near the bottom left-hand corner of the page.  Then, on the next page, enter your new e-mail address in the E-mail field and click Save Changes.



 

To View Your Serial Number or Registration Code

1.  Visit After-Purchase Services at http://store.esellerate.net/support.
2.  Near the top right-hand side of the page, enter the e-mail address you used for the original order, and your order number.  Don't know your order number?



3.  On the left-hand side of the next page, click the click here link in the Print Receipt section to view the original receipt.  Any serial number or registration code that was provided with your original order will be displayed in your receipt.

If You Do Not Know Your Order Number

1.  Visit After-Purchase Services at http://store.esellerate.net/support.
2.  On the right-hand side of the page in the middle, enter your e-mail address in the E-mail field just above the E-mail Order History button.  Then, click E-mail Order History.


That's all it takes!  Your order history, complete with order numbers, will be e-mailed to your address.

If you do not know your order number and you no longer have access to the e-mail address you used when you ordered, please continue with this Troubleshooter and/or submit a ticket to eSellerate's Support team (shopper@esellerate.net) for assistance and let us know the e-mail address (and/or the name and product purchased) for your order.  We will be happy to look up your order and asisst you.
