SUMMARY
This article provides simple instructions for canceling a subscription initiated through an eSellerate Web Store or Embedded Web Store purchase.

If you have received an e-mail notification about an upcoming subscription billing, and/or you want to cancel a subscription that was originally initiated through an eSellerate Web Store or Embedded Web Store purchase, you can use the following simple steps to cancel the subscription.
Note: If your credit card statement shows transaction descriptions that include the phrase RegNow Value Plus, please click here for a different set of instructions to cancel the recurring billings.
| 1. | Visit our After-Purchase Services (APS) site at http://store.esellerate.net/support. (Alternatively, you can click the After-Purchase Services tab above, which works in exactly the same way.) |
| 2. | Near the top right-hand side of the page, enter the e-mail address that you entered for the original purchase, and the order ID of your original purchase. Your order ID begins with "ST" and includes several numbers; this information is included in any notification e-mail messages you have received. Note: If you do not know your order ID, you can have the system automatically send you the entire purchase history for your e-mail address, using the E-mail field and the E-mail Order History button further down the same APS page. |
| 3. | Click Submit. |
| 4. | On the next page, click Cancel. (Note: The screen shot image below is only an example. Different options may appear in the Subscription Management section depending on the terms and status of the subscription.) |
| 5. | You will be prompted to confirm that you want to cancel the subscription; click Yes. |
That is all there is to it. If you follow the simple steps above, your card will not be billed again for the subscription.
